1.Are all the products in your catalogue produced by yourself?
Yes, we have three factories, one for metal products, one for wooden and leather products, and the third one for sandstone and metal art products.

3.How I can get the price list?
You just need to register as our customer and you can get the price lists easily from our website "FILE DOWNLOAD". www.sitty.com.cn

4.What is the price in price list? Is this price for each customer the same?
The price in price list is retail price, you will get a discount from our sales people if your identity has been confirmed.

5.What is the minimum order?
Generally speaking, except for few products marked in the catalogue which has MOQ. Most of our standard products do not have MOQ. You can mix in one container. But we must have MOQ if you require any changes.

6.Why you charge me "Extra local charge"?
Price we quoted all based on FOB Guangzhou by Full container load. If you need to ship from another port or Less than container load, we will charge you "Extra local charge".
Moreover, FCL load value less than $10000(1*20") or $15000(1*40"), we will charge extra cost based on practical situation.

7.Sample requirement
First of all, your identity has been confirmed by us.
Sample will be available as below situation.
1.Standard product,SAMPLE COST, Shipping cost or courier cost by buyer.
2.Customs-design, SAMPLE COST 200%, Shipping cost or courier cost by buyer.

8.What is your Payment term?
30% deposite before production, 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

9.Generally, what is the lead time?
15-60days, depend on the items and quantity.
Warm Notice:Most of standard items we keep in stock, please check with our sales people about the stock situation first when you place order.

10.Do you accept OEM?
Yes, we will accept OEM based on a MOQ.
You should provide us technical drawing, complete product detail such as dimension, thickness, finish & function. Then you will receive our quotation soon.

11.How do I know my order have been issued production?
We will start production when we receive confirmed PI & 30% deposit. Lead time will be effected from that date.

12.What is your packageing standard?
Our packageing standard can withstand twice transport.
We will make your own packing when you place a new order and the QTY is more than 30 cartons.If you have any special requirement, Even if you need us to print BARCODE .please DO inform us and confirm by signed PI.
Alll stock products are in Sitty standard packageing(with sitty LOGO), we will charge you $0.8 for each carton if you have any change when you take our
stock product.
Warm notice: Please let us know the loading way when you place order, some wooden, sandstone or any fragile products which we will improve packing or change to wooden crate if they are loaded by LCL. Extra cost required.

13.How to organize shipment?
One week before lead time, you should arrange balance and provide your forwarder contact information to us.
We will arrange shipment once we receive balance and get confirmation shipping booking from forwarder.
Warm notice:We will ship the goods when our bank receive payment not by draft bank receipt, so you should arrange balance one week before lead time in order to avoid any delay.

14.After receipt of goods, how to do if they have any quality problems?
You should
1, take a picture for quality problem's part.
2, note down the batch no. on the carton.
3, note down the quality problem products quantity.
4, find the quality problem products order no.(PI no.)
